Question 1

What is Motion Pro?

Accepted Answer

Motion Pro is an AI motion graphics studio. You give it a text prompt, paste an image or drop in your own HTML/CSS/SVG code, and it builds a smooth, professional animation you can preview, fine-tune and export as MOV, MP4, WebM or GIF — up to 4K.

Question 2

Do I need After Effects or any other software?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything runs inside Google Chrome on your computer. There is nothing to install, no plugins and no render farm. Video is rendered on your own device, so quality stays exactly the same as the preview.

Question 3

Are the videos accepted on stock marketplaces?

Accepted Answer

Motion Pro exports clean, high-bitrate files with no watermark on paid plans, smooth easing and no text, which match the technical rules of marketplaces like Adobe Stock, Shutterstock and Pond5. Final approval is always decided by each marketplace's reviewers.

Question 4

How do I get a license key?

Accepted Answer

Choose a plan on the Pricing page and contact us on WhatsApp. After payment you receive a license key. Sign up, enter the key on the activation page and the Studio unlocks right away.

Question 5

Can I use my account on more than one PC?

Accepted Answer

No. Each account and license key is locked to the first PC it is activated on. Signing in or activating on another PC blocks the account automatically. If you change your PC, contact us and the admin can review and reset the lock.

Question 6

Is my AI API key safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your API key is saved only in your own browser. It is never stored on our servers. Requests go from your browser straight to the AI provider.

Question 7

Which browser should I use?

Accepted Answer

Use the latest Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop. Other browsers or phones may export slowly or fail, because fast in-browser video encoding depends on Chrome features.

Question 8

Can I use the videos commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Motions you create with an active license are yours to use in client work, social media and stock marketplace uploads, as long as your prompts and images don't break anyone else's copyright.

Question 9

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Because a license key unlocks digital access instantly, payments are generally non-refundable. Accounts blocked for breaking the usage rules (sharing, second PC, abuse) are not refunded. If something doesn't work, contact us first — we'll help fix it.
